Mountains! They teach you how to be patient, calm and consistent. They give you pain while climbing but pleasure, confidence, joy and sense of achievement when you set your foot on the summit. It heals you, physically and mentally. It helps you focus!

Treks have always been one of my favourites getaways. Going away from the city-life, living at remote places with local people, camping at night, stargazing, storytelling, jamming, meeting new people, sharing experiences, sunrises, sunsets and on and on...
